Every A Better Laser Service (ABLS) cartridge is guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If you experience a defective cartridge, we will replace it or refund the full purchase price.
We also guarantee that, under normal use and subject to the conditions stated below, ABLS cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible laser printer, providing the printer is operated within manufacturer’s specifications. In the unlikely event that a defective cartridge causes a printer to fail, whether within the manufacturer’s warranty period or after, we will reimburse our customers for the full amount for all service and repair to the machine, or we will perform the necessary service and repair free of charge. This warranty is in effect when the customer provides us with sufficient evidence that the machine failed because of a defect in an ABLS cartridge.
Our liability under this warranty shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, or implied, including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
